IntraNext’s iGuard software suite offers a new way for customers to provide their personal information during a call with your call center, without your customer service representatives (CSRs) seeing or hearing the information. Easy to use, customers simply enter sensitive information using their telephone keypad during the live call. iGuard captures and processes the information, while providing visual feedback and validation to the CSR. iGuard can also prevent quality monitoring systems from recording and storing sensitive data.

IntraNext Systems Innovator Program 2015

IntraNext is seeking and accepting applications for our innovator program.  Two companies will be selected for a controlled production deployment lasting for a period of 6 months.  The program includes the implementation, interface development, reporting tools, and use of our innovative security application, iGuard, for a minimum of 100 agents free of charge.  The purpose is to measure the gains in efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction of the selected partners.
